The valuation estimator
The estimator applies indicative sector multiples to the figures you enter. Its output is not a valuation, appraisal, fairness opinion or offer, and must not be relied on for any transaction, financing, tax or legal purpose.
Engagements
Our services are provided only under a signed engagement letter, which sets out the scope, fees and terms. Where a transaction requires a licensed broker-dealer or other regulated intermediary, the engagement letter names them.
