What we collect
When you contact us or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and what you tell us about the company. During an engagement we receive financial information about your company under a signed confidentiality agreement.
The valuation estimator
The figures you type into the valuation estimator are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us or stored. If you choose "Discuss this", a summary is placed in the contact form for you to review before sending.
How we use it
To answer you, to deliver the work you engage us for, and — only if you subscribed — to send our monthly letter. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and we never sell or share client data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 24 months. Engagement files are kept for seven years to meet professional record-keeping obligations, then destroyed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to partners@sightlinecapital.example.
